Kelly Hames
Director
Kelly is responsible for the day to day running of the Property Management and takes personal responsibility for ensuring the company delivers its promises on time and within budget.
She has held senior executive positions for multinational corporates and brings with her a proven aptitude in people management, multi-tasking and commercial negotiation.
Kelly is all about relationships. This is her true passion and she has an uncanny ability to relate to people from all walks of life and get the very best out of them. She has strong networks in the retail, hospitality, office and industrial sectors, as well as established relationships with key contractors and suppliers. She demonstrates a fine balance of honesty, collaboration, competency, compassion and courage to those she works with.
Kelly has been managing multiple properties and over 30 tenants for the last 3 years while also running the operations and HR functions of the company.
Kelly is also a qualified Salesperson under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.
Bevan Hames
Director
Bevan has extensive development, acquisition, lease, design, construction, planning and investment experience throughout New Zealand and Australia.
With a Town Planning background and over 15 years’ experience in the Investment, Development and Construction sector, Bevan is well placed to advise on a range of property related matters, including:
- Financial modelling & Feasibility analysis
- Site acquisition & Due diligence
- Commercial and Lease negotiation
- Investment Management and advisory
- Project & Design Management
- Capital Raising & Syndication’s
- Contracts Administration
- Structuring legal agreements, including ASP, put & call options, AFL and lease agreements
- Property portfolio management, incl. facility & land-bank assets
- Green-star and sustainability initiatives
- Marketing and promotions
- Monitoring and coordinating rolling forecasts
Bevan has held Senior Executive positions with the Wesfarmers Retail Property Group, Apollo Projects Ltd, and is a Director of La Strada Developments Ltd. Bevan is also a qualified Salesperson under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
Bevan prides himself on commercial negotiation and is readily accessible to owners / investors for all things property.
